The Oil can only make the wheel spin one way.
(pressure imputs on the same side turns it the same way.)
(The smaller the wheel diameter the faster speed.)
The larger oil force,. the more power and less speed.
Much less backpressure and drag and 100 percent stroke can
be achieved but would not be as powerful near the end of stroke.
